Prototype Management Program

After a year of vigorous evaluation, CASCO was selected from   over 200 AE firms to be the Prototype Manager for Fifth-Third Bank's roll-out program.

CASCO was selected for "raising the bar" through our staff's effort and expertise.

As the Prototype Manager, our scope or work includes the following key items:

• Work with Fifth-Third personnel to develop a standard AOR (Architect of Record) operational protocol and contract form.

• Assist in evaluating site specific requirements to confirm building type, special needs, site conditions, etc. and assemble a base "Package" of applicable prototype elements for the AOR.

• Develop and maintain a system of prototype element components ("kit of parts").

• Provide architectural, landscape, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural design resources and the professional licenses to facilitate single-source change.

• Conduct on-site surveys and project analysis periodically to identify master prototype improvement opportunities.
